How do your loans work?

Our loan program is build around liquor licenses, and is our primary collateral for your loan.  We first need a loan application filled out. Once completed, we will notify you within 1 business day of your application status.  Once approved, within 3 business days, we will hold your closing and fund your loan. 

What can I use this loan for?

You can use our money for acquiring a liquor license, working capital, consolidating debt and completing renovations at your premises. 

Am I eligible?

Our primary collateral is a Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board issued liquor license, therefore, all applicants must be a licensee to qualify. Licensees must be issued one of the following licenses to qualify:

  • Restaurant liquor licenses (R)
  • Eating place dispenser (E)
  • Distributor (D)
  • Importing distributor (ID)
  • Hotel (H)
Can I pay this loan off early?

Of course! There are no pre-payment penalties, and as long as your loan is in good standing, we credit back any unpaid interest!
