We value and utilize technology; however the phone and email do not substitute for a face to face initial meeting with you. We require all Buyers to sign Non Disclosures along with a Buyer Registration; however, a signed disclosure does not guarantee disclosure of the business. Often time, inventory is presold to buyers who have registered with us before it’s introduced to the market, and we are able to match buyers with sellers before a listing hits the marketplace
