Our History

"My father owned thirty bars in the Philadelphia area, and had first-hand experience with the same challenges we have today including: finding good employees, financing, buying and selling his businesses, and license transfers. Because of watching and being familar with his frustrations in the business, I saw a need for an affordable professional company to serve the industry; a place where someone who wanted to get into the bar and restaurant industry could come to one place, and could benefit from experienced professionals in the industry to get everything done. I have personally been involved, in the past thirty eight years, with thousands of transaction: in 1986, I put together a boutique service business for our industry that would help hundreds of customers; providing thousands of jobs in the industry. We deal with neighborhood bars, five star restaurants, catering operations, nightclubs, fast-food franchises, pizza shops, and more! Our customers are from every background and are connected with a common thread. We take pride in what we do and understand the pitfalls and stumbling blocks of how to overcome the obstacles in these deals."
